1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Doorstep Drinks' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from Doorstep Drinks. We reserve the right to request identification upon delivery to verify your age. Orders will not be handed over to anyone who appears to be under 18 or cannot provide valid ID.

3. Service Description

Doorstep Drinks provides a beverage and grocery ordering and delivery service in Windhoek, Namibia. We deliver beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and other products to your door within our service area.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD)
• Payment is made via mobile wallet (FNB, Standard Bank, Bank Windhoek, or Nedbank)
• Orders are confirmed once payment is verified
• Delivery fees apply to all orders: NAD 50 for daytime deliveries (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00) and NAD 70 after hours

5. Delivery

We deliver to selected suburbs in Windhoek. Delivery typically takes 30-60 minutes during operating hours, which vary by day — see the homepage for today's window. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and traffic conditions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins for a full refund
• Once an order is being prepared or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled
• If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund
• Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss any issues with your order

7. Product Availability

While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, product availability may vary. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable replacement or adjust your order.

8. Liability

Doorstep Drinks is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Have valid ID ready for age verification on alcohol orders
• Contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information solely for order processing and delivery purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
