Delete your Doorstep Deliveries account

You can delete your account and personal data here, or in the app: Account, then "Delete my account".

What is erased

Your login, saved addresses, favourites and your chat with the shop, including voice notes, are removed for good.

What we keep

Past orders keep your name, phone and delivery address in our books, for accounting and tax. They are no longer linked to your account, and your map pin and delivery notes are removed.

If you still have an order that is not delivered or cancelled, the account cannot be deleted until it is finished.
